We rented two scooters the first week of December to use around Disneyland and Universal Studios Chuck the manager was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with. Had a couple questions throughout the week about the scooters. He was quick to answer. The phone was willing to do anything to help us out. We have rented scooters before for Disney World from Gold Mobility scooters and I’ve had fantastic service from them but by far in my opinion, the manager Chuck went above and beyond customerservice thanks so much definitely will rent from that company Again thank you, Chuck

 

 

This is the best place to rent scooters. Chuck and his team are so accommodating. The rental process was seamless and the scooter only used half the battery for all day parks use. The Best scooter we have rented in Anaheim. We won't go anywhere else!

 

 

This service is absolutely worth it! Chuck delivered our scooters for my senior citizen family members by hand because the hotel did not allow his truck in the valet , he even put a birthday ballon for my dad . The scooters held charges for 14 hour Disneyland days , made tight turns in the lines and came with a fan ! Pickup was prompt and polite . Fantastic communication prior to arrival , Chuck is an all star . We never would have made it through long Disney days without the scooters for the mobility challenged members of our family

 

 

We rented a mobility scooter for my 79-year-old mom during our Disneyland trip, and I can honestly say it made the whole experience possible. The scooter was reliable, easy to use, and comfortable, which meant my mom could fully enjoy the park without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted. Instead of worrying about how far she could walk, we got to focus on making memories together as a family. From rides to parades to strolling through Main Street, having the scooter turned what could have been a stressful experience into a joyful and manageable adventure. We’re so grateful—it truly made our family trip magical.

We used beach chairs towel bands that were bright colors to make the scooter easier to locate in the sea of strollers & scooters.

I had rented from GMS while vacationing in Florida and was very satisfied so when I learned GMS was in California I knew I wanted to rent from them for my vacation. The service was EXCEPTIONAL and the price was more than reasonable. Chuck went above and beyond to help me. He was patient with me calling several times with questions and was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to use them. If I’m ever back in California I would most definitely rent from them again!!

 

There is no reason to look any farther than GMS for your EV needs. After renting the Disney mobility scooters on our first day, we were absolutely less than satisfied. The Disney scooters are old and not that well maintained. They have clearly been through lots of use. We rented two mobility scooters from Disney and one could only move at the turtle pace while the other was able to go up to the bunny pace. There was Limited storage and overall just not very good.

We reached out to GMS and they are by far THE BEST mobility scooter/EV rentals for Anaheim. Not only did Chuck personally deliver the scooter to our location, but made it more than simple to reserve and pay. GMS has Scooters with baskets on the front, an optional basket on the back, it comes with a fan, and a charge port for your cell phone!!!!! If you plan to keep this over a few days, everything you need is self-contained on the scooter. Lastly, GMS even offers large capacity scooters for people of a higher weight or taller height!

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Give Chuck a call and enjoy your trip to Anaheim as you should!

 

They went the extra mile to get our scooters to us when our Best Western Park Place Inn refused drop off. These scooters had the BEST batteries of any scooters we’ve ever rented for our Disneyland trips. They have MASSIVE baskets on the back that are perfect to haul blankets for cold nights (remember…coastal CA is really a desert on an ocean. When the sunsets temperatures drop quickly). Returning the scooters was made simple by customer service unlike our "modern/maddening" times. Thank you so much.

The star of the show was Chuck—he was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. His customer service is truly unmatched.

The scooters themselves were top-notch—clean, sturdy, easy to use, and clearly very well maintained. You can tell this company cares about both their equipment and their customers. We had zero issues the entire time and felt completely confident getting around thanks to the reliability and comfort of the scooter.

Their scooters are brand new. Accessories are great. Customer service amazing. So glad to find them also in Anaheim, since they are already at WDW.

 

My family only uses Gold Mobility Scooters when we travel to Orlando and we are ecstatic that we can use them when we visit Anaheim. They are always so helpful and nice. We have had scooters delivered to resorts as well as vacation homes. Never a problem. They are awesome.

 

 

We had an amazing experience with the new location in Anaheim. Brand new scooter top of the line with included accessories as fan, phone holder and USB port. We are always renting with GMS in Orlando. We got our scooter on time at our hotel. We definitely recommend GMS of Anaheim.

 

 

We rented scooters from Gold Mobility Scooters from Anaheim site....and they were Great! Very comfy, super Clean, Charged up for All day and had some nice extras... chargers, cup holders, wide space for feet The gentleman that attend to us was Wonderful. We ran late and he waited for us, smiling when we finally arrived to pickup site...and still Smiley gave us great info on how to use. And in the evening he literally picked up the scooters from where we told him we were at...Curbside Service at it's BEST!!! He asked if we had any problems... which we did not. He then quickly and politely loaded the scooters onto his truck and told us to have a "good rest of your night"

 

The scooters were very nice! We rented them for a day at Disneyland and they were, by far, the nicest scooters in the park. Super comfortable and easy to use. It had a phone holder and I wasn't sure if my phone would stay on the holder with Disneyland's cobblestone walkways, but it did! Really secure. AND, the scooter even had a USB connection to charge my phone. +++!!! The delivery guy, James Goodwin, was on time, friendly and wasn't at all upset when we were running a bit behind. Overall a great experience and I would use them again.

 

 

 

I had the most AWESOME experience with this company. James helped me out. The hotel I was staying at had trouble with their shuttle that would get me and the scooter to the Disney park I had reservations for. He really went out of his way to help me. He got a scooter to me near the park so I was able to enjoy my vacation. I look forward to contacting them again for my next Disneyland and Disneyworld trips I have planned in the future.

By far the best scooter company. We have rented in Orlando, Florida and now in Anaheim, California. They have the best scooters with a cup holder and fan, and also cell phone holder at no extra charge. The delivery and pickup also go smooth and the personal are always happy to help. The price is also the best out there.

Top notch service!

They brought the scooter to the hotel. The scooters are all brand new and running smoothly.

I've used them previously in Orlando and I'm glad to see the service they provide on the east coast is now being provided on the west.

 

 

If you want a scooter which is clean and nice, this is where you rent them. The customer service from Chuck is beyond compare. He is a gem! The gentleman at the office was very accommodating as well.

 

 

Rented a scooter for a couple of days for a trip to Knott's and California Adventure nice and clean and very smooth ride and delivery drivers were very friendly and on time definitely will be renting again!!! 👍👍😃😎

We recently rented an electric scooter chair for my grandpa during our family trip to Disney, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I had to rent a scooter for my grandmother so we could go to the Disney parks in California, and it truly made a difference to our trip renting from Gold Mobility Scooters! They delivered to my hotel, the employees were so nice, they showed me everything about the scooter we rented, and the scooter itself is clean, easy to maneuver (words from my grandmother who is 80 years old) and the accessories that comes with it makes it even better. I hardly write reviews but I felt VIP treated with GMS, definitely renting with them again.

 

 

I always choose GMS when I need to rent a scooter in Orlando. Last week, I traveled in California and the experience was excellent as it was in Florida. The accessories are very useful. I recommend GMS !!
